I’ve done this special artwork to help children navigate wand identify their own emotions. It’s painted with ink and watercolor.
I’ve decided to paint the same character through different emotions to help the children to focus on the emotions and not on the character. It’s an everyday tool, and I use it a lot to help my own children.

I purchased this poster for my 8-year-old son who had been struggling to identify and process his emotions. But the poster has helped the whole family communicate both verbally and non-verbally about how we were feeling.
